- Model must pose for their protest portrait showing their breasts and nipple piercings.
- Model must be 21 years of age, provide proof of age, and sign a release for the display of
their protest portrait.
- Model may use their real name or a stage name. Their real name must be provided on the model
release.
- Model with a web site may request a link from their protest portrait to their personal web site.
- Model appearing in the Protest Gallery may promote their presence in the gallery.
- Model must contact the
photographic artist to schedule a sitting for their protest portrait.
- There is no cost to appear as a protest model in the gallery.
- Model may receive a copy of digital original photographs in which they appear.
- Model is invited to provide a quote or text as a statement of personal protest against this
outrageous governmental policy.
