This expressive figure nude was originally created in color. It has been exhibited in black-and-white, as well as blue, purple and red tones. Each shade presents a new and exciting version of the original. This scarlet version of the artwork was selected by German Photo-World as a winner in their art competition for the theme "Red". It was not the only nude subject entered, but it was the only nude artwork finalist and winner.
