Here are additional Terms and Conditions specific to the NoBodys Perfect Nude Figure Photography Workshops:
Model Information
A minimum of three nude figure models are contracted to participate at each workshop. At least,
one professional nude figure art model with national or international credentials will be contracted
to pose for each workshop. If the contracted model is unable to fulfill their obligations, the
contracted model is responsible for arranging for a suitable replacement.
Model Releases and Image Licensing
Tuition includes model releases and a limited reproduction license. Participants may use photographs
created during the workshop for their personal portfolio and derivative works. Photographs may
not be used for any other commercial purpose without additional written consent from the
model and the workshop.
Class Size
Class sizes are limited to seven tuitioned photographers per workshop. There is one non-tuitioned
postition reserved at each workshop for the host. And, one non-tuitioned sponsor or media postition
per workshop. The maximum ratio of participants to models is 3-to-1.
Participant Conduct
Each participant is responsible for maintaining a professional attitude in their actions and
conduct. Participants may not touch the models. All participants must be accompanied by a member
of the workshop staff or security at any time they are interacting with a model. From the start of
the workshop until the conclusion on the second day, participants may not engage in any private
activities with the models; including, but not limited to private photo sessions, or dating.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate dismissal from the workshop.
Accomodations
This two-day workshop requires an overnight stay - not included in the workshop tuition.
Participation by Minors
Participants must be 21 and will be required to provide proof of age prior to the start of the workshop.
