A European Honey Bee Apis mellifera1 collects nectar from a Pride-of-Barbados Caesalpinia pulcherrima or Poinciana pulcherrima2. The Pride-of-Barbados has become naturalized throughout the tropics. This specimen was found in southern Nevada.
