North American Opossum Virginia Opossum – Back Yard Wildlife Series
A North American Opossum or Virginia Opossum Didelphis virginiana quietly trudges through the woods that are an extension of our backyard. The Possum turned in the direction of the sound when the camera shutter clicked but did not stop walking.
