Cannaceae - Canna Burgundia

Although commonly called the flower of the Canna Lily, these extravagant colored stamens hide the flower of this Cannaceae, not Liliaceae. This cultivar Canna Burgundia was discovered growing in the cracks of a Charleston, South Carolina, sidewalk.
